The App does not require account registration and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party QR content.
User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse the App for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Be responsible for how you use information obtained from scanned QR codes.
You understand that the App is not responsible for the content, links, or actions triggered by third-party QR codes.
Permissions
To provide QR scanning functionality, the App may request access to:
- Camera: Used solely to scan QR codes.
You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function properly without required permissions.
Subscriptions and Apple Billing
The App may offer auto-renewing subscription plans through Apple's App Store, including weekly or annual subscription options. Subscription features may include an ad-free experience and access to additional premium functionality available in the App while your subscription is active.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and any introductory offers, discounts, or free trials will be displayed in the App or in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- If offered, free trials or introductory pricing are subject to Apple's eligibility rules. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, where permitted by applicable rules.
- Restore purchase functionality may be available so you can recover eligible subscription access on the same Apple account, subject to Apple's policies and technical availability.
All billing and refund processing for App Store subscriptions is handled by Apple. If you would like to request a refund, you must do so through Apple using the refund tools and policies made available in the App Store.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use our branding without prior written permission.
Third-Party Content & Links
QR codes may redirect you to third-party websites, apps, or services.
The App:
- Does not control third-party content.
- Is not responsible for third-party privacy practices or services.
- Does not endorse any third-party products or information.
You access third-party content at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- QR content will be accurate, safe, or reliable.
- The App will meet all user expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses arising from use of third-party QR content.
- Data loss or device issues beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Required by law or platform policies.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
